If I pay deposit on car hire can, if necessary, upgrade to larger vehicle?

You cannot change the vehicle type once booked.
A change of vehicle in the same group(class) may be possible but not a van (for example) if you booked a car.
Do I collect car at terminal with Firefly? Your site suggest I do but firefly site itself says shuttle bus required.
Car hire pick just across the road, you could even walk to the car rental parking lot.

Yes there is, all details will be contained in the confirmation email you will receive after you booked the rental vehicle.
I have booked car with premium cover and on the checklist it says to bring Damage Refund Insurance Certificate. Is this not the premium cover?
